The Oreland Lions are beginning to enter our active fall and winter season. Next up is the Oreland Lions Tip-Off Basketball Tournament on 12/9 and 12/10. The team schedule for the games are as follows:
FRIDAY
Game 1 @ 3:30 PM Phil-Mont Vs Jenkintown – Girls
Game 2 @ 5:00 PM Springfield vs McDevitt – Girls
Game 3 @ 6:30 PM New Foundation Charter School. vs Phil-Mont – Boys
Game 4 @ 8:00 PM Springfield vs McDevitt – Boys
SATURDAY
Game 1 @ 3:30 PM Consolation – Girls
Game 2 @ 5:00 PM Consolation – Boys
Game 3 @ 6:30 PM Championship – Girls
Game 4 @ 8:00 PM Championship – Boys
All games are at Springfield High School and tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for students. Please come early and catch all four games for the price of one! Fees support the cost of the tournament.
Also the Lions will be having their Christmas dinner on 12/19 at Phil’s Tavern in Blue Bell at 6pm.
If you have thoughts of joining the Lions, they invite you to come for a dinner and maybe a special guest will appear. Please email Orelandlion@gmail.com if you would like to attend any meeting. Meetings are 1st and 3rd Monday’s of the month.
