We recently talked with BCWSA, Springfield’s new sewer system provider. We were concerned with what seemed like our ever-increasing monthly bill. After talking with the customer service rep, she explained that if anyone signed up through the company’s website for auto-draft, there is a glitch in their system. It appears as if we are getting overcharged because of their withdrawal schedule. It should get worked out in the next 2 months and we will have a credit on our account.
